Held This Year For The First Time, The Russian Culture Festival Is In Istanbul, April 15 To 21.

The festival, to be hosted by Istanbul starting from this year, aims to promote Russian culture and consolidate the friendship between the two countries’ peoples. Russia’s biggest dance company, the Igor Moiseyev State Academic Ensemble, will be performing at the festival, which will also include other events such as a theater competition and a photography exhibition as well as fairs and symposiums.  Don’t miss this perfect opportunity for a closer acquaintance with Russian culture!


RUSSIAN CINEMA IN ISTANBUL

Shot in 1925 by Sergei Eisenstein, The Battleship Potemkin was named the best film of all time in 1958. Other memorable examples of Russian film will also be screened at the festival.
